We are creating a Neighbourhood Plan that will affect everyone who lives and works in Chadderton.
Over the past two years, the New Chadderton Partnership has hand posted over 8,000 invitations, to nearby public meetings, through Chadderton resident’s letter boxes. We have hosted overt twenty public consultations in church halls, pubs, cafe’s and schools. We have had the opportunity to hear the views of people who live and work in Chadderton. Our easy to complete questionnaires have been completed. The responses to the questionnaires have all gone into a system that will tell us what the resident’s of Chadderton want to see in the future.
If you would like to have your say in the future of Chadderton, there is still time to make your voice heard. To complete your questionnaire please visit our website at newchaddertonpartnership.org and click on “Have your say”.

Thank you to everyone who attended our Heritage Workshop that took place on Thursday 30th January at Chadderton Library.
An illustrated presentation was given by Michael Lawson and Mark Johnson who are both from the Chadderton Historical Society. The hour-long presentation covered all aspects of the historic buildings that are situated throughout Chadderton including churches, mills, pubs and the old AVRO building.
Lots of questions from the audience and feedback on how it can be possible to re-purpose buildings that reflect the heritage of Chadderton.
You are welcome to join us at our next public consultation which will be held at The Crown Inn on Wednesday 5th February.
